The continued and constant investment offered by a solid industrial group has allowed EIFEM flexible production, both in terms of technology and volumes and production methods, in order to satisfy even the most specialised requirements.
For the production of cards with SMD components automated “Pick and Place” production lines are used, featuring high-precision optics that allow fast assembly of SMD components, including those with QFP technology.
Two welding machines using Lead- and non Lead-free waves enables high production volumes with high-quality precision welds, and also enable us to supply areas of the market where the ROHS Directive is not applicable (automotive, electro-medical, etc.)
The production line is completed by a series of automatic and programmable machines for assembling traditional radial and axial components.
EIFEM is also able to carry out production runs of tailor-made electronic devices for special applications.
